The control valve is a Delta shower control. It'll control the temperature to within a degree or two. The two hoses will reach the ends of the sink, and the fitting on the upper right connects to a film washer. The thermometer is accurate enough for wash water. And, yes, it is a bit crooked. I'm not a plumber by trade.
