The 3/4" plywood sink is 8ft long, 30in wide and 6in deep, inside measurements. It's coated with 4 coats of West System epoxy, then painted with marine topside paint. The paint stains from color developers, as you can see. The frame & legs are 2x4's. I doubled the width of the front so it's easier to rest my arms on. The wall where the timer & clock are boxes in a furnace duct. See the next pictures for under the sink & details of the temperature control.
